Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Daily Mind Challenge (the "Site"), including all games, leaderboards, accounts, and related features. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Description of Service

Daily Mind Challenge offers free-to-play Wordle, Sudoku, and Word Search puzzles, each with a Daily Challenge, a Classic mode, and a Tournament mode, plus points, streaks, leaderboards, Rank, XP, and Achievements. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

Eligibility

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to create a Registered account. If you're under the age required to consent to these Terms in your country, you may only use the Site with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Accounts

You can play as a Guest (no email or password required, just a display name) or create a free Registered account (username, display name, password, and an optional recovery email). You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Display names are checked against a blocked-word list and may be rejected or later changed if they violate it.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to play, submit scores, or otherwise interact with the Site.
• Attempt to manipulate points, streaks, leaderboard standings, Rank, XP, or Achievements outside of normal gameplay.
• Use offensive, misleading, or impersonating display names, or otherwise harass other players.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another player's account or to any part of the Site not intended for public use.
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including attempting to disrupt or overload it.

We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

Points, Leaderboards & Achievements

Points, streaks, Rank, XP, Achievements, and leaderboard standings are virtual, in-Site recognitions only. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for money or any other item of value, and may be reset, adjusted, or removed if we determine they were obtained through a violation of these Terms.

No Purchases

The Site is free to play. There is currently no option to purchase anything on the Site.

User Content

Display names and any other content you submit remain associated with your account, and you're responsible for them. We may remove or change content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Site's design, code, puzzles, and branding are owned by Daily Mind Challenge or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Site's content except as part of ordinary use (e.g. sharing your own result with others). "Wordle," "Sudoku," and "Word Search" are used here as generic descriptions of well-known puzzle formats.

Advertising

The Site is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising partners may use data.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Mind Challenge won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, including deleting an account, if we believe you've violated these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
